Terms and Conditions

All orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that the Purchaser is bound by the following conditions of sale, which shall constitute a binding contract, except where specifically varied in writing. In the event of the customer's order containing conditions contrary to these conditions of sale they are not accepted without written consent from the Company. The word "Company" in the following clauses means Bucklebury Concepts Limited. The phrase "our web site" and "site" refers to www.images-newbury.com

Contract For Sale

The advertising of products on this site is the means by which we display the products available to buy throughout the site. We aim to keep in stock all products displayed on the site, however due to items being imported and in some cases unique it is inevitable that some items will show out of stock or not available.

It should not be possible to order any items that are not in stock. This allows you to shop and place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning you will receive your chosen items within a few days. However, on rare occasions, the stock levels listed may be incorrect and you will be contacted by us to inform you of this fact. This means that your order is an offer and not a contract of sale between you and the company, prices and stock levels will not be contractually confirmed until you receive a " confirmation of despatch e-mail " which will be sent to you when your has been picked and packed and we confirm that stock levels are correct.

Price

Prices shown on our web site are in UK Sterling. The Company reserve the right to vary prices without notice and to charge the Purchaser the price ruling at date of despatch. All prices on product pages are shown inclusive of VAT which has been charged at the appropriate rate.

Web site prices may vary from in store prices, where a price is lower on the web site, the lower price only applies to orders placed and processed via the web site.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or Next Day Courier dependant on your personal choice.

Late or lost deliveries

If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days when the Post Office is happy to classify the parcel as lost. Alternatively, we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made where upon the original purchase can be refunded after the 15 days has elapsed. This way you are not inconvenienced by being without your delivery. Images Newbury cannot be held responsible for the late/loss of delivery. Please see terms & conditions for further details.

Europe and the Rest Of The World - Please use the Contact Us form to tell us where you wish your order to be delivered, we will then get a quote for the delivery and advise you how to place the order. This is due to the frequently changing rates for overseas delivery.

Quality and sizes

Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe jewellery displayed on our web site, these items are hand made and contain stones that are natural materials and may be subject to variance in colour and composition from those depicted.

All sizes expressed on this site are approximations and as such we will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any stated size or dimension. We will do everything possible to make sure that you can make a confident and secure, risk-free purchase from this site, but in the event that you are dissatisfied with our service or products contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return.

Purchasing from this site

You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order at the time of receipt by us You will receive a confirmation of despatch usually within 3 working days of receipt

Cancellation of order

It is possible to cancel an order only prior to despatch. This must be done by immediately emailing sales@images-newbury.com enclosing full details of the order. We can then make a re-payment to the card used to place the order initially.

Returns

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. You must email our customer service on returns@images-newbury.com giving details of your order number and the item you wish to return, we will issue you a returns reference number this will be valid for 14 days, within this time it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will not accept goods back after the 14 day period.

The goods must be unused* and 'as new' in their original packaging, the packaging must be in pristine condition.

Please note: "Unused" means unused, it doesn't mean opened, used for a few days and then re-boxed.

Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you at your cost or made available for you to collect.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Images will arrange for an exchange. Images decision is final.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT THE RETURN OF EARRINGS OR BODY JEWELLERY in compliance with current Health and Safety regulations

Privacy Policy

This site complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act 1984 and the new act of 1998 and is as such registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.
